The licence

A licence grants your organisation the right to use the modules it names, within the limits it states, for the period it covers.

Limits are enforced by the software, not by invoice. You will be told when you approach one rather than billed for passing it.

You own the data you put into the platform. We process it to run the service and for nothing else.

CSV export of every register and report is always available to your team, and does not depend on us.

We aim for continuous availability and give notice before planned maintenance.

Support covers the software. Advice on your own statutory positions is your accountant's to give, not ours.

You may stop at the end of your licence period. Export first — we will keep the workspace available for a reasonable window so you can.

We may suspend a workspace for non-payment or for use that breaks the law, and will tell you why.
