Hosting

On our cloud, or on your own server

The same platform either way — the same modules, screens and payroll rules. What changes is who runs the server and where your data lives.

The two ways to run it

Cloud

We host it and keep it running. Your team signs in at your own address from any browser, and your company's records are kept in a database of their own, apart from every other customer's.

  • Nothing to install or look after
  • Reach it from every branch and from home
  • Add a module and it is there the same day

Licence

On your own server

Installed on a server you control, so your employees' records never leave your premises. We issue a signed licence file for your company; your server checks it itself, with no call home and no internet needed.

  • HR and payroll data stays on your network
  • Linux or Windows, PHP and MySQL — no special hardware
  • You choose when to install each update

Choosing

Which one suits you

Choose the cloud if

you would rather not run a server, your people work across several sites, or you want to start this week.

Choose your own server if

your policy or your clients require HR data to stay on your premises, or you already run servers and want this one beside them.

Moving later is possible both ways: your data exports from the screens, and a company on our cloud already sits in a database of its own.
