What we hold

For a customer workspace we hold the employee data you put into it — identity, contract, attendance, leave and pay records — because that is what the software exists to process.

For visitors to this website we hold only what you type into a form: your name, your work email, your company and your message.

Why we hold it

To provide the service you licensed, to support you when you ask, and to keep the audit trail that makes payroll defensible.

We do not sell data, and we do not use one customer's data to build anything for another.

Who can see it

Within your workspace, only the people you give membership and roles to. Membership is re-checked on every request, so removing somebody takes effect immediately.

Our staff access a workspace only to support you, only through an audited support session, and read-only by default.

How long, and getting it back

Your data stays for as long as your workspace exists. Every register and report can be exported to CSV at any time, by anyone in your team holding the export permission.

On closure we delete it on request, and otherwise after the retention period stated in your agreement.
